Your expertise. Your ideas. Your stage.
This is your opportunity to step into the spotlight and let the NTHU community see what you have to say. Finalist posters will be exhibited at the Macronix Building for one week, giving more people the opportunity to discover your expertise and ideas.
One poster. One English presentation. One opportunity to showcase your expertise and share your ideas.
We invite all NTHU undergraduate students, regardless of major, to participate. Bring your knowledge, passion, creativity, and perspective to the stage—and share your ideas with a wider audience.
Online submission in the preliminary round. Live competition in the final round.

Competition Rules
- The preliminary video must be continuous, in full English, no longer than five minutes, and have clear picture and sound. Only picture and sound quality adjustments, adding the poster to the recorded screen, and file-format adjustments are allowed. Video files must be under 200 MB and in MP4, MOV, or WMV format.
- Posters are limited to one page and must be static, with no animations or website links.
- Body language is welcome and encouraged, but props, special costumes, experimental equipment, animation effects, and sound effects are not allowed.
- AI use is strictly limited. AI tools, including AI-generated images, are prohibited except for correcting English grammar and polishing sentences. If AI tools are used, students must briefly describe the tools and scope of use in the application form. Exceeding the permitted scope or failing to disclose AI use will result in disqualification.
- It is not necessary to introduce the presenter’s personal information or presentation topic in the video; the judges will refer to the application form.
Recommendations for Video Recording
Presenters may stand on the left or right side of the screen and add the poster on the other side after recording, or stand beside a projected screen so that both the poster and presenter are recorded. A well-lit environment with a clean background and no loud noise is recommended. Students may ask classmates, friends, or family members to help with recording. The NTHU Library Space Booking System may also be used to reserve a presentation practice room.
