2026 CTM International Academic Engagement Scholarship

Applications are now open! Interested students must submit their hard-copy application materials to the CTM Office (Room 531) before 12:00 PM on Friday, August 28, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The review results are expected to be announced by the end of September. Thank you!

1. Subsidy Categories: (1) Profession-related competitions. (2) Paper presentations at international conferences. (3) CTM Dual Degree Programs.

2. Eligibility: Full-time registered students of the College of Technology Management (CTM).

3. Application Guidelines: (1) Timeline & Required Documents: The actual period of overseas study must fall within the same calendar year as the subsidy application (from January 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026). Applications are accepted annually from June to August. Please attach the following documents:

  1. CTM Subsidy Application Form for Students Participating in Overseas Learning.

  2. Event itinerary, conference agenda, or study plan.

  3. Official invitation letter or acceptance letter.

  4. Any other supporting documents that may facilitate the review process.

(2) Review Process & Scholarship Restrictions: The review process consists of two stages: a preliminary review by the respective department/institute, followed by a final review by the College (CTM). Recipients of this subsidy (excluding those in Dual Degree Programs) are not permitted to concurrently hold other university-level scholarships of a similar nature. However, subsidies provided directly by departments/institutes are excluded from this restriction.

(3) Funding Reimbursement:

  • General Recipients: Must submit their round-trip e-ticket to the CTM Office to claim the subsidy within one month after the conclusion of the event.

  • Dual Degree Program Recipients: Must submit their e-ticket and student ID cards from both universities to the CTM Office to claim the subsidy within one month after completing registration at both institutions.
